      Comments:

I just bought this after extensive shopping and test driving. I have three other bikes: road, off-road and comfort. I have cycled for over 50 years and do my own maintenance. I have owned dozens of bikes. This one is best in the commuter class that I have owned. I am still infatuated, so I may add to this review later.

Life is tough. When decisions are easy, life is less tough. Since you're reading this, you're trying to decide whether to buy this bike. I'll make this decision easy for you - go buy this bike. Don't shortchange yourself with a cheaper bike - there's reasons they're cheap, and none of those reasons are good reasons. Now log off, and get to [...] - they deserve your business.

All I can say is, this is the best bike I have purchased. It's easy to ride, easy to control, easy to go from paved road to trail and back to road. The transition was very nice. Shifting is very easy. This is my first bike with disc brakes, wow, are they great. This is the first bike, I didn't have to go back out and buy a replacement part for something I didn't like on it. It's just that good, right from the store.

i ride primarily on paved paths, but like to wander off the beaten path once in a while. the disk brakes are great, and it has such easy shifting. i have done one 23 mile ride on it and it performed great and it didn't wear me out.
